No problem! With this App, you have the most important information on over almost 400 common, but also some special, types of European cheeses, either sorted by country or milk type.
„Cheese“ is essential for all gourmets and cheese lovers who know that cheese does not equal cheese. With this program you have an informative consumer guide at hand with over 400 types of European cheeses, whether you are in a restaurant or shopping: and that in text and pictures.
Short, precise infotexts tell you the most important about the respective cheese, among others the fat content, production method, taste, appearance and, where applicable, ripening time. Every entry shows at least one picture of the respective cheese.
The rating system from 1 to 5 stars shows at a glance, which savory value the cheese has in Europe. The highest rating is achieved by those products that are unique in their taste, quality and/or the type of manual production.
The program operates offline.

I looooove cheese and i enjoy hosting wine and cheese parties. This app is very useful! It includes pictures of each cheese, a brief description of how it is made and the milk used, the region where it is made, and, most importantly, a flavour description. Since i love trying new cheeses, but sometimes dont know what to expect in terms of taste, this app lets me search the name of a cheese to see if it is something i might like.
Very happy with this ap. Great for researching cheeses. Great companion to have with me while shopping. I delve into European cheeses often... the more obscure... the better. Have been waiting for an ap like this.
This is the worse - sorry i paid anything for it. it has very little information and of the six cheeses i have in my cooler, it did not know any of them. waste of time & money.
This is a great app. Its information amazed me and I would recommend this app to all cheese lovers.
I work full-time with cheeses, and for 2 bucks, this is an okay app. Many more cheeses are out there than those listed and some of the blurbs written arent fully accurate (at least not from what I know), but its a good start. Maybe the next update could get more cheeses listed? Also a glossary would be great, like discussing raw milk cheeses and rennet origins. Thanks!
